Covenants and Home ConstructionThe community is subject to formal recorded deed and title restrictions which establish rules for activities and conduct within the community, and establish the Segnette Estates Community Association to administer such rules for the benefit of the residents and lot owners. They also provide for, and there is already in place, the Segnette Estates New Construction Committee which has crafted a comprehensive set of design and construction guidelines and procedures which set the standards for home construction. With the purchase of a lot or home, you will become a member of the Segnette Estates Community Association which governs and is the "watchdog" for the community in order to protect, preserve and enhance the quality and attractiveness of the development, and the value of your investment. The lot owners and residents may and are encouraged to participate in community issues and functions.
